The order number is very important, because it is the unique serial number you need to provide us when you need track order, after-sales service, or other customer care service from us.
1. You may find your order number in order confirmation email we sent to you. (If it is not there, kindly check your spam emails)
2. Or you could log in to our website using the email you left when you placed the order. (If you have never registered our system, you need to register it with your email address you left when placed the order) Then you could check all of your order details in our website system.
Instructions on how to find tracking number:
We include the tracking number in order notification email, which we send to the email address you left when you placed the order. (if you can't find it, please check your spam emails)
If there is an update on the shipping status of your order, we will also send a notification email to the email address you left when you placed the order. You can also find the tracking number in these emails.
